About Me
As a wife and mother of four very active kids, I have built my life around taking care of people, solving problems, and making sure the details do not fall through the cracks.
Before travel advising, I worked in corporate America, raised a family, managed real-life chaos, served as the President of the School Board, and learned that most people are not short on opinions. They are short on time and clear guidance.
That is exactly what I bring to travel planning.
I believe travel should feel exciting, not overwhelming. I also believe the right trip is not always the most expensive trip.
It is the one that fits your people, your budget, your timing, your pace, and what you actually want out of the experience.
I know that my clients are trying to balance work, family and countless obligations, managing every detail. You deserve a break, and to have someone else take care of you for once. I worry about all of the details, so vacation planning isn’t just one more thing on your to do list, but something you can look forward to.
My Favorite Trip
My favorite trip to date was a mother/daughter European River Cruise taken with my oldest daughter along the Danube River.
River cruising felt immersive, thoughtful, and surprisingly approachable. In many ways, it felt like the perfect introduction to European travel.
And then there were the destinations. Budapest and Vienna. Cities that feel historic yet alive. Elegant, but not intimidating. When you visit destinations like these, along with others on the Danube such as Bratislava with its castles and cathedrals, winemaking villages like Spitz, and the Baroque architecture of Vilshofen, you wake up each day in what feels like a different fairytale town.
What I have come to believe is this: everyone should experience Europe. It should feel accessible.
Not like a once in a lifetime undertaking that requires years of hesitation. Not something you postpone for someday. Once you have been, you realize it is not monumental. It is simply another part of the world, and you can go just as easily as you would anywhere else when it is thoughtfully planned.
River cruising makes that even more approachable. You unpack once. The excursions are curated. The logistics are handled. The rivers carry you through smaller, off the beaten path destinations you might otherwise miss. It is a low stress, deeply immersive way to travel and, in many ways, the perfect introduction to international exploration.
