There has never been more travel information available than there is right now.

There are resort reviews, TikToks, Facebook groups, Instagram reels, YouTube tours, booking sites, Reddit threads, travel blogs, influencer lists, and about 700 people online confidently telling you that the resort they stayed at one time is the best resort on earth.

Helpful? Sometimes.

Overwhelming? Absolutely.

There. I said it.

And before anyone gets offended, let me clarify. There are many incredible travel advisors in this industry. Smart, experienced, connected, ethical professionals who work very hard for their clients.

There are also people who signed up for something last Tuesday, made a cute social media graphic, and are now calling themselves travel experts.

Those are not the same thing.
