I help you avoid expensive travel regret.
I care about the details most people do not think about until they become annoying. Room categories. Flight times. Resort layout. Dining. Transfers. Location. Pacing. Vibe. Whether the “great deal” is actually a great deal or just a cheaper way to be disappointed.
I like beautiful hotels, thoughtful service, great food, and trips that feel special. And I like knowing that I got the best experience for my money. Some things are worth a splurge, and some…aren’t.
Luxury does not mean spending money just because you can. It means knowing where to spend, where to save, and what is actually worth upgrading. I spent significant time and energy to be educated and experienced. When you book with me you know that you are working with someone who has gone the extra mile to be sure that you’re getting all of the information you need to make a decision. Because your travel is an investment of your time and money, neither of which is unlimited, and I take that responsibility seriously.
My job is to help you make sense of the options, understand what actually matters, and plan a trip that fits the people taking it.
Not the trip everyone else says you should take.
The trip that is right for you.

I specialize in custom international luxury travel.
I am best for trips where the details matter, the options feel overwhelming, or you want help choosing what actually makes sense.
I am not usually the best fit for quick one-night hotel stays, flight-only requests, or trips where the only goal is finding the absolute cheapest thing online.

Yes. My book of business has grown significantly and in order to give you the time and energy you deserve when planning, I charge a modest planning fee. This allows me to focus my time on serious inquiries. The fee varies by the trip and will be discussed during your consultation.
This is not a “send you three links and good luck” situation. You will have my full support from start to finish. I always want you to feel that any investment in your trip is money well spent, whether it’s the planning fee, or the final trip payment. I can promise you that the level of customization and service that I provide is well worth it!
-
Once your trip planning form is complete and the planning fee is paid, I begin researching and building your custom options.
I look at the details that actually matter: destination fit, resort or hotel quality, room categories, flights, transfers, timing, tours, cruise cabins, logistics, and overall value.
Then I present curated recommendations so you are not sorting through 47 tabs and questioning every life choice. You will always be part of the process and we will work together to refine the trip to be perfect for you!
-
Of course.
This is your trip. I want your input.
The difference is that I help guide the process, narrow the options, explain the tradeoffs, and keep things moving in the right direction. Think of me as your own personal search engine.
You still get to make the decisions. You just do not have to make them blindly at midnight with a laptop listening to strangers on the internet with questionable taste and limited experience.

For beach vacations, 4 to 6 months is a good starting point.
For Europe, cruises, holidays, spring break, and popular resorts, 9 to 12 months is better.
-
No.
You can come to me with a destination, a general idea, or just a vibe.
“Somewhere warm with good food and not boring” is useful information.
“I want Europe, but I do not know where to start” is also completely normal.
You do not need to have the whole trip figured out before reaching out. Listening and finding the best fit for you is my favorite part. Think of me as your vacation matchmaker.
It is very helpful if you have travel dates chosen.

After you submit the trip request form and schedule your consultation, I will review your details and come prepared to talk through your trip, priorities, budget, timeline, and whether my planning services are the right fit. This call generally takes about 15 minutes and can be done at your convenience, even if it’s while you’re driving to and from work!
If we decide to move forward, I will send the next steps for the planning fee and begin working on your custom options. From there, you will have the opportunity to review everything and revise as needed until the trip is perfect!
-
If your trip is not the type of travel I typically plan, I will let you know.
I want to be respectful of your time and mine. I only take on trips where I know I can provide the right level of value, guidance, and support.
-
Yes, I can assist with flights as part of your overall trip when it makes sense.
Flights matter more than people think. Arrival times, layovers, connection cities, seats, baggage, and transfer timing can all affect the start and end of your vacation.
-
That is not a problem!
Send me what you are considering, and I will help you sort through it.
Sometimes your research gives us a great starting point. Sometimes it confirms what you do not want. Sometimes it shows me that the internet has once again been very loud and only sort of helpful.
Some people know where they want to go, they’ve been before and just want to book the trip and know they have someone in their corner if they need help. If that’s the case, I can help with that too.
